Processing times for lab results can vary, but it will generally take up to 10 business days for your results to be received by the lab and reviewed by our clinicians.
If you have any positive test results, our clinical team will get in touch with you right away. STI's happen sometimes, and the good news is that treatment is often simple! We can connect you with local services for any treatment you may need.
Following the review of your results, your results can be shared with you. You can access shared results via in your Freddie patient dashboard- https://app.gofreddie.com/labs.
*Note that results received prior to February 1st 2026 may not be automatically made available. If your testing was completed before this date or if you do not see your results in your dashboard, please reach out to our Support Team to request your results be shared with you.
