Freddie clinical appointments can be conducted over video or phone. You must be in a safe, quiet, private space during your appointment.
As you approach your appointment time, here is how it will take place:
Video Consult
- Video consults will require secure internet access and a browser with video and sound enabled.
- Your confirmation email and text reminders will include instructions on how to join the virtual waiting room
- You can do so up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment
Phone Consult
- Your Freddie will call you from 803-994-8019 — add this number (click here to add) to your contacts or ensure your phone isn’t blocking unknown callers so you don't miss our call
- Your clinician will attempt to call you twice before moving on to their next patient — if you miss both attempts, please rebook in your account
