What is a Freddie partner pharmacy?
Freddie partners with pharmacies to ensure our patients receive high-quality, non-judgemental care. Partner pharmacies offer free and discreet medication pick-up or delivery state wide. Partner pharmacies are able offer copay coverage benefits and can work with you to share information on drug assistance programs eligibility and how to access these benefits.
They will also directly reach out to you to coordinate these details and ensure you receive your prescription as soon as possible.
When will I hear from a Freddie partner pharmacy?
After your Freddie clinician issues your prescription, unless otherwise specified by a patient's coverage, it will be sent to a partner pharmacy. The pharmacy team will process your prescription and will aim to call you within 2 business days to confirm your shipping details and answer any questions you have. At this time, please have your prescription drug coverage information on-hand for when the pharmacy calls.
