Where do I find my Account information?
Log in to your Freddie patient portal and select View Account from the main navigation menu. It's in the same place on mobile and desktop.
Which account details can I update?
- Legal first name
- Preferred / Chosen name
- Legal last name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Shipping address
Preferred name is optional. The rest are required, so they can't be left empty.
NOTE: Email address is not editable at this time. If you need to update your email address, please contact the Freddie support team to complete this task.
How do I update my personal details?
- Select Edit in the top right of your profile card. Your details switch from a read-only view into an editable form.
- Update whichever fields you need to. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
- Select Save.
If you change your mind, select Cancel. Nothing you typed will be saved and your profile will return to the read-only view.
How do I make a change to my Shipping Address?
You can add, edit, and choose your shipping address from your Account page. You can save up to two addresses at a time and pick which one is your default.
When you have two addresses saved, one is always marked as the default. If you only have one saved address, it is your default by definition and there's nothing to select.
How to edit a saved address
Tip: If you’ve moved and the previous address is no longer valid, you can edit your existing address rather than adding a second one. That keeps your list accurate and makes sure the old address isn't accidentally selected later.
- Go to Account → Shipping Address.
- Select Edit next to the address you want to change.
- Update the fields you need to change.
- Select Save.
- Reload the page and confirm the change saved correctly.
How to choose your default address
Your default address is where future shipments will be sent.
- Go to Account → Shipping Address.
- Select Set as default on the address you want to use.
NOTE: Address fields are entered manually — there is no address auto-complete. Please read your entry back carefully before saving, and confirm the saved address looks correct afterward.
Is my address Residential or Commercial?
Every saved address must be marked as either Residential or Commercial. This field is required — you won't be able to save without choosing one.
- Residential — a house, apartment, condo, or any other home address. This is the default selection on a new address.
- Commercial — a business, office, clinic, or other workplace where deliveries are received during business hours.
Choosing the right type helps the carrier deliver successfully. Commercial addresses are often only accessible during business hours, and marking a business address as residential (or vice versa) can cause a delivery to be delayed or returned.
Can I delete a saved address instead of editing it?
You may only delete an address if you have two addresses on file. To ensure there are no delays in care, Freddie requires that you always have a valid address saved to your profile.
Do I need to complete verification to change my phone number?
Yes. To change your phone number on your profile, you’re required to input the code sent to you via SMS. When you receive it, the text should appear with the following message and your unique one-time code: “Your Purposemed verification code is: ####”
Once verified, you’ll see the success screen below and your phone number will be updated.
Will changing my address affect an order that's already on its way?
Updating or changing your default address applies to future shipments only. Orders that have already shipped will continue to the address that was on file when they were sent. If you need help with a shipment that's already in transit, contact support.
Why does a field say "Not provided"?
That just means the field is empty — nothing is wrong with your account. Select Edit to add the detail.
Does updating my profile update my Freddie care record?
Yes. Anything you save in your profile updates your record automatically and securely, so there's no disruption to your care.
Something isn't saving — what should I do?
Contact support with the field you were trying to update and roughly when you tried to save it, and we'll take a look.
