How do I change my password?
Log in to your Freddie patient portal and select View Profile from the main navigation menu.
Your password block sits just below your profile information on the Account page.
- Select Edit beside your masked password.
- Enter your new password in Create new password, then again in Confirm password. Use the show/hide icon in either field to check what you've typed.
- Select Save.
A few things to know:
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Shorter entries return an error and require you to modify your input until the requirements are met.
- Save stays greyed out until both fields are filled in.
- After saving, the block closes and your password shows as masked again.
Can I see my password as I type it?
Yes. Each password field has an eye icon on the right side. Select it once to reveal the characters you've typed, and select it again to hide them behind dots. The icon works on each field independently, so you can reveal one while the other stays hidden.
Your password is hidden by default every time you open the block, and revealing it only affects what you see on your own screen.
